[How To]Block Drive’s in Windows

In Windows one can block access to certain drive without any application .But this feature is available only for Windows 7 Ultimate and Premium Edition User’s only .

1.Right click on the drive and Select Properties.

2.In Properties choose Security tab.

3.Select the User account which you want to restrict from Access in Group or User Names .

4.Change the Permission according for the User Account like Full Control , Modify , Read and Execute etc.,.

5.Finally click OK.

NOTE:

*Only Admin User’s can block access to certain drives.

*For Admin User’s you cannot block drives.
